COMMERCIAL KITCHENS, INC., a Texas corporation founded December 3, 1992, designs and  manufactures stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment used in restaurants, hospitals, schools, universities, hotels, office buildings, or other commercial/institutional installations.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENS specializes in providing a quality turnkey product that includes computer aided design and expert fabrication.  The combination of these capabilities enable COMMERCIAL KITCHENS to produce a quality product, at a competitive price, that is sold only through general contractors and dealers.

The COMMERICAL KITCHENS manufacturing facility utilizes the most modern equipment available and occupies 30,000 square feet located at 2320 Peyton, Houston, Texas.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENS developed a line of Mod-U-Serve products to meet the needs of the school food service industry.  This line of equipment includes serving lines, kiosks, and milk coolers.  Some of Mod-U-Serve customers include Houston Independent School District, Dallas Independent School District, and San Antonio Independent School District.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENS became a licensed manufacturer for the Vent Master Corporation in 1993.  We continue to manufacture many extensive vent hood projects for large hotels, restaurants, stadiums, and corporations.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENS operations are guided by knowledgeable and experienced executive management as follows:

David Calfee, President, is responsible for the overall manufacturing and factory operations.  David has been involved in all key phases of the business from its inception.  He has also owned and operated many restaurants over the last fifteen years.

Mike McKinney, Vice President and Engineering Executive, oversees product design and coordination of factory and field operations.  Mike has over twenty years experience in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing and installation.

Ray Calfee, Vice President and Project Installation Manager, is responsible for field installation and the final inspection of the equipment.  Ray has over forty years experience in all phases of the custom stainless steel kitchen equipment business.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENS operations reflect the seasoned knowledge of these three executives that have over eighty years of combined extensive experience in the custom stainless steel kitchen equipment.
